Glencoe Capital's Michigan Opportunities Fund invests in lower middle-market companies that present opportunities for growth in the State of Michigan.

Glencoe Capital's investment professionals and our Executive Network members combine financial acumen, industry insight, and operational expertise to identify investment opportunities for which our expertise can create value. Glencoe Capital evaluates acquisitions and growth equity investments across a diverse range of industries in companies that meet the following criteria:

• Market-leading products, processes, and/or technology, presenting opportunities for growth
• Target annual EBITDA between $3 million and $15 million
• Capital requirements of at least $7 million
• A strong management team with whom Glencoe Capital can partner
• Opportunities to grow organically and/or by acquisition

Target companies will either conduct a material portion of business operations in Michigan or demonstrate a viable strategy for expansion into the State.
