We currently manage two active funds: Glencoe Capital Partners III, L.P., and the Michigan Opportunities Fund.
The Glencoe Capital Partners Funds make lead-sponsored acquisitions and growth equity investments in lower middle-market companies with values between $25 million and $125 million. The firm invests in companies in four industry sectors: business services, financial services, consumer products, and industrials.
The Michigan Opportunities Fund was established in June of 2008. This fund makes lead-sponsored acquisitions and growth equity investments in lower middle-market companies with material assets and people located within the State of Michigan or with the prospect of expanding business operations into the State. The Fund invests in companies across all industry sectors.
