During the firm's history, we have completed over 25 lead sponsored acquisitions representing over $1 billion in transaction value. We currently manage two funds: the Michigan Opportunities Fund, and Glencoe Capital Partners III, L.P.
The Michigan Opportunities Fund was established in June of 2008. This fund makes lead-sponsored acquisitions and growth equity investments in lower middle-market companies with material assets and people located within the State of Michigan or with the prospect of expanding business operations into the State. The Fund invests in companies across all industry sectors.
The Glencoe Capital Partners Funds manages seven portfolio companies and focused on lead-sponsored acquisitions and growth equity investments in lower middle-market companies with values between $25 million and $125 million.
